The TRAIN LIKE A FREAK Book by Dan Boyle and Tony Greco, proceeds go to the Foundation to Fight Obesity in Children.

This is an inspirational book featuring NHL All Star and Olympic Gold Medalist Dan Boyle. In this book, Dan writes about his experiences and struggles throughout his NHL career, and how he achieved his great success!

Dan Boyle also Trains Like a Freak! with Tony Greco at one of his Schools in the Summer’s Off-Ice Hockey Training and Conditioning Program. Proceeds of this book will go to the Foundation to Fight Obesity in Children.

On Saturday August 15th Tony Greco is holding a testing day for hockey players; this opportunity is being offered for players who are currently playing hockey as a career or young prospects who are striving to make it happen.

Currently at all four Greco Lean & Fit facilities Tony and his team are working with over 100 extremely dedicated athletes. Tony’s Off Ice Hockey Program is centered on Strength Conditioning and Performance. In particular, the program targets the different phases of training to meet each players maximum potential.

Along with our affiliate sponsors; Popeye’s Supplements and New Balance we have invited Mike Fisher, Brendan Bell, Dan Boyle and Claude Giroux and many more pro hockey players to provide specific training and offer professional mentoring.
