Muscles in a Minute

(Stay pumped for hours with these quick moves!!)

Chest Pumps:  Do one minute of push-ups, then hold yourself two inches off the ground for 20 seconds
Arm Pumps:     60% Ticeps/40% Biceps - Kick Backs with a set of dumbbells, then bench dips, then curls 
Ab Pumps:       Modified bicycle kicks, then reverse crunch, then roll-ups
Do these moves daily, and you will see & feel the difference!!!

TRY THESE!!!

In the shower: Lift arm over head and reach down to the centre of your back

In the line at the coffee shop: One legged heal raises

While Blow Drying your Hair: Hamstring Stretch

At Work: Seated torso twist

While Reading the Paper: Wall sit

Cooking Dinner: Stand away from counter; and do standing push-ups on the edge of the counter

Brushing your teeth: Squats up and Down
