When you feel your stress levels building, don’t do what far too many people do, and grab something to eat.  A better way to moderate your stress is to exercise… and that doesn’t mean you need to go to a gym!  Stop, take a break, and just go for a walk.  Revitalize; let your stress go; and do it without that snack you don’t really need at all.

Once a month Greco provides the grand prize, of a 10 Week Lean and Fit Program, for the winner of Majic 100′s “9-2-5 Contest”. This contest occurs during the Majic 100 Morning Show from Monday to Friday. It asks listeners to call in and list the song that was played on the previous day at 9:00, 2:00 and 5:00. The daily winners receive smaller “daily” prizes and are placed in a draw for the grand prize, which is drawn and awarded the following Monday.

The weeks that Greco is providing the grand prize, for the balance of 2011 are:
