Founded by Tony Greco Canada’s Leading Fitness Specialist, a top graduate from the SPI (Sports Performance Institute), whose certification programs meet or exceed the guidelines established by the National Fitness Leader Advisory Council (NFLAC) in personal training, strength training, and aerobics instruction.

Tony is the director of Training at his four schools for fitness and martial arts in Ottawa.
