At Greco, we have always promoted living a healthy lifestyle with exercise, eating well, and living life to the fullest. We are now promoting healthier choices when it comes to what we put onto our bodies. The amount of chemicals, petroleum products and parabens are frightening. The skin is the largest organ in the body and everything you put on it is absorbed by various organs and cleansed through the liver. Because of this, Greco is launching a campaign in association with Arlene Dorey of Arbonne International. This is a Swiss, botanically based company which manufactures pure, safe and beneficial products for the entire family – everything from anti-aging for both men and women, skin care for the young and sensitive skin, acne care, baby products, sun care, and several lines for the body. Arbonne also carries a weight management line. These products are Vegan and Kosher.
We will be kicking this off with a wine and cheese at the Kanata Greco on Oct 13 from 6:30 – 8:00pm. We will unveil the Kanata based poster which features two absolutely amazing women from the Lean and Fit for Life program, who are also Arbonne clients. The reason we have chosen these two women is that they are mature ladies, dedicated to living strong and are truly an inspiration to all who aspire to be healthy and active well into our 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s.

Kathie is 57, has lost40 pounds since joining Greco 3 years ago and is fighting Diabetes – without medication. She never misses her classes and can be seen “dancing” from the moment she enters the front door, until she leaves!

Penny is 68, and has also been with Greco for over 3 years. She has Diabetes and has recently had a heart attack. When discussing rehabilitation after her surgery, the doctor deemed they could not provide her with the physical challenges she was accustomed to at Greco and gave her the go ahead after two weeks to return to her regular workouts, due to the incredible shape she was in.
Each Greco location will launch the campaign with a wine and cheese – stay tuned for dates and locations!
All welcome – see you in Kanata on October 13th 6:30-8:00pm.
