(Stay pumped for hours with these quick moves!!)
| Chest Pumps: | Do one minute of push-ups, then hold yourself two inches off the ground for 20 seconds |
| Arm Pumps: | 60% Ticeps/40% Biceps - Kick Backs with a set of dumbbells, then bench dips, then curls |
| Ab Pumps: | Modified bicycle kicks, then reverse crunch, then roll-ups |
Do these moves daily, and you will see & feel the difference!!!

In the line at the coffee shop: One legged heal raises
While Blow Drying your Hair: Hamstring Stretch
At Work: Seated torso twist
While Reading the Paper: Wall sit
Cooking Dinner: Stand away from counter; and do standing push-ups on the edge of the counter
Brushing your teeth: Squats up and Down
